Forge Your Own Fate With Hasbro’s Latest Mandalorian Helmet
In the last few years, Hasbro’s offered more Mandalorian helmets in its Star Wars Black Series roleplay line than you can shake a pair of smithing tongs at—but now, at long last, one of the coolest Mando helmets to actually appear on The Mandalorian is joining the armory.
To celebrate today’s Pulse Con event, io9 has your first exclusive look at the latest arrival in the Black Series line of premium electronic helmets: the horned headgear of Emily Swallow’s mysterious Armorer, former leader of Din Djarin’s isolated covert, and now seeming co-ruler of the returned Mandalore alongside Bo-Katan Kryze by the end of the show’s third season. Now you too can offer sage wisdom and occasionally pretend to bang some beskar while wearing this helmet. Check out a few pictures below!

Aside from faithfully recreating the spiked design worn by the Armorer, Hasbro’s replica includes an interior light feature, activated by flipping the helmet over. If you don’t want a little light show every time you hold it upside down though, the helmet does include a special “collector display mode” that sets the lights going for an hour with the press of a button, so you can display it the right way up and also have perhaps the wonderfully silliest, but least effective, lampshade for up to 60 minutes.
The Star Wars Black Series Armorer helmet will retail for $100, and is due to hit shelves in spring of 2025. But good news, Mando-heads, you actually don’t have to wait all that long to try and get your hands on it: pre-orders for the helmet will go live later today, September 13, from 5 p.m. ET at Hasbro Pulse—starting at 4 p.m. ET exclusively for premium members—Amazon, and other “Fan Channel” retailers.
