Infinix Zero 40 5G Launched With 108MP Camera and 144Hz AMOLED Display
The Infinix Zero 40 5G launched in India today in three color variants: Violet Garden, Moving Titanium, and Rock Black. It will be available for purchase through Flipkart starting September 21 in two configurations—12 GB RAM with 256 GB storage and 12GB RAM with 512GB storage—priced at INR 27,999 ($335/€300) and INR 30,999 ($370/€330), respectively.
The smartphone features a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2,436×1,080 pixels. It is powered by the Dimensity 8200 Ultimate SoC and runs on XOS 14.5, which is based on Android 14. Infinix promises two major Android updates and three years of security updates for the device.
On the rear, the Infinix Zero 40 5G boasts a triple-camera setup, including a 108MP primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP ultrawide lens with a 120-degree field of view, and a 2MP depth sensor. The front houses a 50MP selfie camera that supports 4K video recording at 60 frames per second. Notably, the phone offers a GoPro mode, allowing users to control their GoPro cameras directly from the device.
Additional features of the Infinix Zero 40 5G include JBL-tuned dual speakers, an IR blaster, NFC support, and a 5,000 mAh battery. The device supports 45W wired charging, 20W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wired charging.
